1.CREATIVE WRITING GROUP:FACILITATED BY PUBLISHED AUTHORS

Meeting =each month;4th SATURDAY of every month;1.00-3.00

We agreed on a CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK format.

No pressure to read on your first meet:U can get a taster!

We usually have a theme for 1st half of meet; this is not compulsory:you can read your writing on ANY subject:)

In the other half, we have WRITING ADVENTURES/PROMPTS :ON-THE-DAY writing. So please be prepared to write on-the-day for this(not necessary to read aloud)

We have a policy of mutual respect

You have to be lgbtq to join/attend but writing material need not be lgbtq.

£5 per meet per attendee,to cover venue rental costs;no profit is made.We are wholly unfunded.

2. BOOK GROUP(FICTION).Saturdays ,12-2,monthly, ON THE SECOND SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH

Friendly group; 15-22 attendees.

£5 per attendee per meet;to cover venue rental costs;no profit is made;& we are wholly unfunded.

We choose a work of fiction in turn: lgbtq or non lgbtq content;all genres,inc thrillers,literary fiction,romance etc.

For the first half of each meet,we discuss the set piece of fiction(usually a novel); for the second half, we have a THEME, related to the book in part 1: recent ones have been "community","love", "queer readings"

No pressure to attend beyond the first meeting( you can just have a taster!).
