Join us for an exciting trip to Venice to experience the International Architecture Exhibition, Biennale.

Highlights:

• Explore architecture art presentations in more than 30 pavilions, from artists around the world, all in one city
• Discover the vibrant Venice, outside the overcrowded tourism hotspots

Price:

• minimum: 51 € per person
• optional: accommodation in private room with prive bathroom, and shared kitchen, just few minutes away from the Exposition by feet
• Once you RSVP, I will send you further payment instructions.
• I appreciate an additional donation, free of your choice, to cover maintenance fee on Meetup and for keeping the group going

Accommodation
- The property is located inside Venice, very close to the Biennale areas Giardini and Arsenale.
- The apartment itself includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine.. A flat-screen TV and air conditioning are also available.

- cost: 200 Euro / room / stay for the whole stay from 11-14.9.\ for 1 person.

What’s included in the price:

• Guided tour in English at both Giardini and Arsenal venues. (8 € for each tour)
• A ticket for up to three consecutive days to visit both Giardini and Arsenal (35 €)
• Ticket sales fees

Cancelation policy

• Refund for the hotel room only if you can name another person.
• Full refund, if you opt out before August 15th 2025. This is the day where I will buy the tickets for the guided tours.
• After that date, only 35 € can be refunded as I will buy the tickets for the exhibition the day before our arrival date and these tickets are not refundable.
• No refund possible on no-show.
• If this Meetup gets canceled, you will receive the tickets you paid of course

Important Information:

• Participants need to organize their travel, accommodation, and public transportation to meeting points. Everyone visits on their own risk.
• RSVP on Meetup to receive payment instructions, confirmation and recent updates

Note:
This trip is dedicated to the Biennale. It is not suitable for general sightseeing in Venice. We recommend arriving earlier or leaving on Monday to enjoy sightseeing on your own.
