EPW Annual Summer Picnic

Join us for our Annual Equality Prince William Summer Picnic — a relaxed, joyful afternoon filled with food, friends, and community. The event will be held indoors, with a patio available for anyone who wants to enjoy the summer air.

### Why We Gather

At Equality Prince William, we continue to create spaces where LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies can feel safe, seen, and supported. In these challenging times, we reaffirm our commitment to:

1. Providing a safe space for LGBTQIA+ folks and allies in the Greater Prince William County and Manassas area to simply be themselves.
2. Being visible in the community — showing up, hosting events, and standing together so no one feels alone.
3. Educating and advocating — dispelling misinformation and supporting local and national efforts to protect LGBTQIA+ rights and lives.

### Cost & Membership

The Annual EPW Picnic (along with our After-the-Holidays Party) is free for EPW members.

• Not a member yet? You’re still welcome to join us — the cost is just $20.00.
• BUT WAIT! You can become a member for only $15.00 (or $25.00 for families) and attend the picnic for free!

### Food & Drink

Unlike our usual potluck brunches, this event will have all food and non-alcoholic beverages provided. That said, if you’d like to bring something to share, we’ll never say no!
If you're 21 or older, feel free to bring along your favorite adult beverage — we’ll have space to chill and enjoy responsibly.
