Hello!
Come and join us for this free blissful 'Relax into meditation' session. We'll be doing some gentle floor-based yoga and breathwork, winding down into guided meditation.
This 45-minute session is suitable for everyone and is designed to support you to rest, relax and recharge at the start of your week.

What you'll need - all optional but will add to the experience:

  • Comfortable clothes
  • Yoga mat or something to lie on (although seated alternatives will be included if needed)
  • Blanket and cushion or pillow for your head
