What is the vibe?

This is a social with games....

The games are all easy to play (nothing too serious) so come along even if you just want to socialise In general.

This is open to everyone under the LGBTQIA+ Umbrella and allies.

Please bring your own too if you wish.

Videogames

We have a Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox series s console alongside many retro consoles including Gamecube, PlayStation, N64 & Snes.

All your favourite multiplayer games including Mario Kart World, Mario Party, Smash, Tekken and so on.

How to attend

As always if you have meetup please RSVP but if you dont have meetup yet you are free to just turn up.

The event starts from 6:30pm where there will be a table with nametags which are self service.

A host will be present until 7pm for Introductions. After this time if you need a host please approach us (we will be playing games/chatting to others)

The space

We have a large amount of space so plenty of room for everyone.

How the event works

Hosts are present to welcome people but there are no gamesmasters.

Everyone finds a spot, finds a game and just gets on with it. There are instructions 😀.

6:30pm onwards ( Venue shuts at 11pm)

Food

Venue does not serve food but you are welcome to bring in food or deliveroo.

How to be a good gaymer?

Playing a game and see someone on their own? Invite them

In a conversation and see someone is new? Invite them into the chat

Respectful of games - after playing games please return as you saw them as we are run by donations.

Let's bring in the weekend with some cocktails, latin food and dancing 💃

This is an inclusive social for all members of the LGBTQIA + community plus allies.

La Familia play a good mix of Regeatton and other mainstream bangers!

7pm until late.

Itinerary

There will be a host present 7-8pm to welcome you if you are new to the group.

After 8pm just find one of us if any issues.

Music

from 7pm there will be in house music (Mostly reggeaton and other Spanish music).

Into the evening there will be a DJ to hype up your evening 🙂.

Vibe

This venue is latin inspired. expect nice decor, cocktails and food. early in the evening is more relaxed with the energy rising towards the latter end of the night.

LIke all our events this is free entry.

you will find us in the basement club area. the booking is under the name "Mark Geer" so just head downstairs and you will find the hosts. Any confusion feel free to ask a member of staff.
