Meditation + Hiking

We are trying something new: a brief (20 min) sitting meditation, followed by a mindful hike (about 1 hour)!

To bring:

• Blanket, cushion, and/or chair (something you can easily take with you on the hike)
• Water bottle
• Hat and/or sunglasses
• Food/drink to share (optional)

We will post a pride flag, so look for that to find us. If we need to move to a different spot, we will let everyone know ASAP, so be sure to check your Meetup messages and/or the Event page for updates.

Parking: Parking at Stoneview Nature Center is free; if the lot is full, there is usually plenty of parking on the street.

Cost: There is no cost to attend, but donations are appreciated through Venmo @vitaluminaco or through the button on our Meetup page.
