Do you have anything you’re wanting to move towards? Heart desires, goals, ambitions, dreams, purpose callings or perhaps even a desire to invite more peace and calm in your current right now moment. ☯️

Sometimes we get stuck in particle habits or cycles that keeps us from moving forward OR when we do take next steps, we get catapulted right back to where we started or even further back. Then enter many hamster wheel rounds before stepping back out into the arena, so to speak.

We will will gently explore where your heart is being called to move towards. Areas of being STUCK that keep you from getting there. And ways to get UNSTUCK that will allow you to move in the direction of where you’re truly wanting to go.

Evening includes, but not limited to: Access deep states of being, relaxation, sparks of connection, being heard and seen, insights, care, next best tolerable steps, authenticity, personal growth, transformation and experiencing safe space to be exactly who you are.
