Looking to meet other queer people in a relaxed, welcoming environment?
Join us on the deck at Welcome to Thornbury for an afternoon of connection, conversation, and good company.

We'll kick things off with a series of fun, low-pressure speed friending rounds to help everyone meet new people. After that, the structure drops away and you're free to continue chatting, grab a drink, explore the food trucks, or simply enjoy the atmosphere.

If conversation flows more easily over an activity, we'll also have a selection of party games available throughout the afternoon.

Whether you're new to Melbourne, looking to expand your social circle, or simply keen to spend time with other LGBT+ people, we'd love to have you along.

Many people attend our events on their own, so don't worry if you're coming solo—we'll help you settle in.

This event is facilitated by a mental health professional and is designed to be a safe, inclusive space for all queer adults aged 18+. Harassment, discrimination, and bullying are not tolerated.
