Group Sound Healing Therapy

You're invited to join our October's Group Sound Healing in the ancient cave at L'Gharix Temple Retreat in Gozo. The large underground cave is situated a hundred meters behind the Ggantija temples in Xaghra, Gozo.

The sounds and vibrational frequencies of the sound bowls harmonise and ‘resets’ the body and both sides of the brain, instantly relieving stress, and removing toxins from the body.

Clinical studies have proven their effectiveness to reduce pain; lower blood pressure; improve sleep; decrease anxiety, depression, stress and mood disorders; and rehabilitate physical injuries and chronic pain; among others.

My sound healing sessions use 3 Tibetan singing bowls that are all more than 450 years old. The amazing vibrational energy of these bowls, combined with the ancient healing power of the cave, provides the perfect environment to immerse yourself in a healing experience.

The cave has padded benches to sit or lie down.

During the therapy, the bowls will be ‘played’ to produce varying frequencies and sounds to open your body’s meridians and chakras and re-align your energy flow. The sounds from the Tibetan bowls stimulate alpha waves in your brain, causing a deep state of relaxation and a sense of peace.

Charges for Group Sound Healing is €35 per person.

Directions:
L’Gharix is in a little, narrow alley of Triq Parsott which is located in the street behind the Ggantija temples in Xaghra. The closest bus stop is" L-Ghejun Dahla 1962 (Bus 307)" Bus 322 also has a stop 2 streets away. If you come by car, please park in the street as the alley towards the house is very narrow.
