Having "The Talk": How to effectively communicate accessible UX to developers

Details
This group hasn't had a meetup in quite a while now, but we wanted to cross promote an event from the Long Island User Experience (LIUX) meetup since it could appeal to engineers and is being held at Dealertrack's new state-of-the-art office.
MEETUP DETAILS
You've finely crafted your user experience (UX) and designed an amazing user interface (UI). But how do you ensure your web experiences work well, look good, AND are accessible? Proper communication with your development team is critical. Chuck and Nick from Long Island Web Accessibility and Inclusive Design will help guide you through tips, tricks, tools and gotchas to ensure accessibility doesn't get lost in translation.
NOTE: We will be starting at 6:30pm sharp. Mingling and food are at 6pm.
