LS Lab Berlin 3.6 - How to practice self-care and avoid burnout during change

Details
Change is everywhere, at work and in our personal lives. Sometimes we choose to make a change, sometimes it happens to us, and we might have no say in it! But experiencing change always takes energy and can easily cause burnout if we don’t practice self-care.
You might be a person leading a change, such as a restructure or transformation at work, or renovating or building a house. Perhaps you’re experiencing a change in your personal relationships, for example a new family member has arrived, or your relationship status update is “it’s complicated.” Maybe you are changing your job, or changing your career!
Sometimes we get worn down over time. Change doesn’t always happen as a big bang, constant change can also erode our source of energy.
In this Liberating Structures Lab we will use the string below to help everyone explore and share ideas on how to practice self-care and avoid burnout during times of change.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
This is a place where we experiment and play. We make mistakes, and we learn. It's not about teaching others how to do Liberating Structures, but a place for us to all to practice and learn.
You do not have to know what Liberating Structures are all about, only have curiosity and be open to learning these tools.
