Important Decisions: How to get everyone involved

Inspired by the upcoming EU elections, we wondered how can we role model including everyone in making decisions? How do we make it safe to create shared responsibility and ownership? The world is evolving, which includes leaders sharing decision-making and spreading out power. Using inclusive and engaging approaches like Liberating Structures is a great place to start!

As a community of practice, we are all about testing and experimenting with these evolving tools that liberate energy, engagement, and ideas. Come experience these tools with us and learn together.

Thanks to our host codecentric, we are starting at 18:30h with networking over drinks and some food. Our string starts at 19:00h, and goes until about 21:15. Then stay a bit longer for networking. Looking forward to all who want to join us.

We are a user group of people who want to practice working with Liberating Structures. You don't have to know anything about them, just bring your curiosity and desire to test out this new way of working. It is not a workshop, but a place to experience various structures and for new facilitators on the Design Team to try things out.
