LSUG 7.4: Framing The Future

Details

Kodak once dominated the world of photography, but despite inventing the digital sensor, the company failed to adapt and eventually had to file for bankruptcy. Today, they struggle to reinvent themselves in niche markets, a reminder of how quickly once-successful strategies can collapse when uncertainty is ignored.
Join us for our next Liberating Structures meetup, where we will dive into how to avoid your Kodak moment, deal with uncertainties and choose strategies for the future.
Using the Liberating Structure Critical Uncertainties, we will explore how to identify the forces that shape tomorrow, and how different strategic choices play out under shifting conditions. Just like Kodak once faced the dilemma of digital disruption, we will reflect on what it means to prepare for an uncertain future — and how to avoid being caught off guard.
The session is hands-on and interactive, designed for both agile professionals and curious newcomers. Together, we will co-create insights, learn new methods, and connect with the LSUG Rhein-Main community.

The Agenda looks like this:

  • 18:00 Welcome & Networking
  • 18:30 Exploring the topic with Liberating Structures
  • 20:30 Networking
  • 21:00 Farewell & with positive feelings on the way home

Our traditional location, the iteratec Frankfurt office, is located at the 17th level of Westhafen Tower. Please be there early to cover for the entrance procedures.
Of course, there will be food and drinks provided to make this another special evening with the LSUG Rhein Main Community.
