LSUG 8.3: How much is enough?

More features, more meetings, more goals, more growth — we're surrounded by the pull of "more." But when does more become too much? And on the flip side: what about the things we're quietly neglecting — the relationships we're not investing in, the conversations we're not having, the care we're not giving? Sometimes "more" is exactly what's needed.
At our next Liberating Structures Meetup, we'll explore the notion of excess, limits, and finding the right balance — in both directions. Through a string of several Liberating Structures — including some that are still in development — we'll surface bold scenarios, challenge our thinking from unexpected angles, and distill it all into shared insights together.
Whether it's too much process or too little connection, runaway optimization or quiet neglect — bring your examples and your curiosity.
