This event is for a regular meditation routine of daily silent meditations 5:00 - 5:30 PM without class and a weekly class on Mondays from 5:00 to 6:30 PM.
This event promotes the event of December 15th; however, these events will be taking place daily at the Metropolis, located at 2200 South Pleasant Valley Road, Austin Texas 78741.
