Quarterly Business Meeting (and Mike's FreedomFest stories)

Quarterly business meeting for the Libertarian Party of Alameda County. Anyone can attend but only board members can vote. The meeting usually lasts 10 minutes, maybe 30 if there are agenda items, and after that we socialize.
