El propósito de este grupo es ofrecer información sobre distintos temas de interés para escépticos y no creyentes del área de Washington, D.C. al igual que aquellos visitantes que gusten leer sobre ciencia, humanismo, ateismo y recursos en la red que promuevan el racionalismo. Buscamos crear conciencia sobre los engaños de las religiones y de toda creencia en lo no-natural, ayudar a incrementar el escépticismo y el pensamiento crítico y proveer un espacio a la comunidad de librepensadores. Creemos que una sociedad sin dogmas es parte importante para el desarrollo humano y de futuras generaciones. Esperamos aporten y disfruten de este grupo.

This group's purpose is to offer education about the many different topics of interest to skeptics and non-believers in the Washington DC area as well as for those who like to read on science, humanism, atheism and resources that encourage rationalism. We seek to create a conscience about religious deception and all un-natural beliefs, helping to increment critical and skeptic thinking providing a community space for freethinkers. We believe a society without dogmas is an important part for societal human development and future generations. We hope you contribute and enjoy this group.
