Hey everyone,

I’m building a men’s team in LIC for men who want more accountability, and a place to grow alongside other ambitious peers.

A men’s team is a small group committed to helping each other become better in the areas that matter most: work, relationships, leadership, health, and purpose. We meet weekly in person, tell the truth, challenge each other, and help each other follow through.

In my experience, this kind of team creates a level of accountability, support, feedback, and camaraderie that’s hard to find anywhere else. I’ve previously led men’s teams in the past, and it was transformative for my confidence, leadership, and work effectiveness.

Who Am I?

I’m 38 years old. I read, exercise, and meditate daily. I used to lead a small business unit in big tech, and recently joined an AI startup. This year, I’m committed to growing my writing skills, reaching a new PR in cardio, and finding a life partner.
