In order to bring a regularity to our meets and to provide a platform for all our members to interact and know each other better, we will be having a meet on the First Wednesday of Every Month and the Third Sunday of Every Month if the month has Four Sundays (OR) the Fourth Sunday if the month has Five Sundays i.e. the Penultimate Sunday of Each Month.
On Wednesday, though it happens to be a working day, we meet in the evening before we venture home, to rustle our literary and creative minds, which should work as a catalyst in tuning ourselves for the whole month. The other weekend Sunday afternoon provides an opportunity for those who cannot make it to the weekday meets.
Session Format:
The following is the basic format for our meets. However, we do not stick to a format and let the meet follow its natural flow.
Half Hour : Introductions
One Hour : Sharing of own creative works/excerpts/anecdotes/information/experiences/insights etc. by each individual.(Compulsory)
Half Hour : Ideate on upcoming meets.
One Hour(till one wants to leave) : Continue with discussions which might have stemmed up during the session so far, discuss anything pertaining to the mutual interest of the members present or just have fun with some puzzles/games etc.
