Lichfield Plus Group

A new greenway is being created from Walsall to Lichfield out of a disused rail track We will leave a vehicle at both ends for transport hence the later start time. Meet at the footbridge that remains by the Old Station House , Station Road , Hammerwich. We will walk towards to Sandfields , Lichfield. Do carry liquids to stay hydrated and wet weather clothing. Sufficient funds to visit the Inkwell Public House. Please indicate your participation so we know to look out for you.

The New Gallery and its collections are an unsung treasure of the West Midlands holding the works of Van Gogh, Cezanne, Freud and Epstein. It is twenty five years since opening. We explore exhibitions dedicated to Shelter, local artists and artist in residence. If there is time we will visit the Leather Museum. Please carry sufficient funds for refreshment. We will plan and organise events and happenings. There will be a subscription to assist funds and an opportuntity to join our organisation.
