Licking County Apartment Association (LCAA) Has grown into a thriving group of local property owners, landlords and real estate agents of all ages and backgrounds who own rental properties across Licking County. Our group meets once per month and engages a different guest speaker at each meeting, followed by an invaluable discussion session about a variety of topics that pertain to the rental industry. Whether you are an established property owner or a novice investor, we encourage you to join one of our meetings to learn more about our group and membership opportunities!
