Did you know that your native spring ephemeral wildflowers are beings crowded out by invasive plants and shrubs? Did you know that managing or removing invasive, aggressive, or noxious plants will lead to your native wildflowers to naturally emerge again next spring?

This FREE full-day training will be offered twice on September 6th and again on September 13th. Registration is limited to 35 per session.

Tim Morgan and Ryan Clester are seasoned foresters that will assist participants in understanding the basics of property tax reduction programs for woodland owners, forest management plans, invasive species, timber sales and harvest, and oak wilt.

The training will include indoor classroom and outdoor field sessions, please dress appropriately for rugged terrain.

Light refreshments and beverages will be provided, but please bring your own lunch.
