Join us for a hands-on folk herbalism workshop designed to empower you to build your own modern home apothecary. In this session, we’ll explore the art of making tinctures, glycerites, and infused vinegars—gentle yet powerful herbal preparations that can support wellness for people of all ages.
We’ll cover both alcohol-based tinctures and non-alcohol alternatives like glycerites and herbal vinegars—ideal for children, the elderly, or anyone seeking a different approach. Learn how these remedies live together under the canopy of tincturing traditions and how to use them with confidence & care.
Cost: $35 plus tax– Each participant will take home an 8oz herbal infusion.

The class will be held indoors at the District Headquarters in our accessible event room, which features a paved parking lot, access ramp, and restrooms. An adult must accompany all children under 12.
