We'll meet for 30-45 minutes. Chat about Dating and Friendships at this stage of life and see what ideas, tips and strategies we can use to get better results in these areas.

I am passionate about creating communities and spaces for women to talk about the sh*t we need to know but often aren't taught. I believe in the power of representation, speaking truths and support in collective spaces. I am a Relationship & Sexuality Coach. I work with people, primarily Black and brown women, 1:1 and in small groups. I center on authenticity to cultivate deeper relationships with self and then others. My sweet spot is women wanting to pivot in love, life, relationships, business and sexuality after 35/40. I use workshops, events and travel as both coaching modalities and transformative acts of self-care.

This is NOT a coaching session or program.

As a coach, my clients are my priority and focus where I help them create change and get their desired results. This scheduled meetup is an open virtual discussion for Life After 40 members. At times I will help, support and offer lite coaching if needed but in these early stages, my focus is on cultivating this community for the women who need it.
