You’re not alone and it’s not your fault. More and more people worldwide are reporting symptoms of burnout and our understanding of what it is and what’s causing it is increasing. 

In this group, we come together to discuss burnout and to learn ways for adapting to modern life and its pressures without losing our vitality.

The meetings are designed to be a safe-haven and learning space for people who want to live more self-loving and self-sustaining lives. By joining this group you agree to:
