There are some things about your life that you really want to change. And you're ready to follow through on your visions. But you feel overwhelmed and unsure about what it will take for you to design, create, and allow these changes to happen. And for your dreams to come true. You keep remembering past failures and you're afraid to take the next step to go at it again.

During our time together, you'll discover a huge misunderstanding you probably have about what it takes to create, and keep creating, any change you want to make in your life. Chances are, you've been going about the process of transforming your life in an unsustainable way because you've been prioritizing something that most people think forms change, but doesn't form LIFETIME LASTING change.

Then you'll learn 3 reasons why you have this misunderstanding.

Finally, you'll receive a solution for this misconception, a perspective shift that, if you implement regularly, will form the bedrock of any change you want to make for the rest of your life.

As a reference, you might be looking to change one of 4 things:

(1) Something about your work life (e.g. creating bettter work/life boundaries; move in a different direction in our current positoin; transition to another more fulfilling role altogether; minimize the exhaustion and heaviness you feel after every racial equity staff meeting; transition to a much more fulfilling career working less hours for the same or more money).

(2) Something about your relationship, including the one you have with yourself and Spirit/Source (e.g. loosen your boundaries to form the relationships you desire; stop being so hard on yourself; improve your self-talk; feel less guilty and insecure about disappointing others; create stronger friendships; reduce loneliness; you want to be able to put yourself first without worrying about disappointing others; you want to have more friends and people that you trust in your life)

(3) Achieve a personal non-work goal (e.g. get in the best shape of your life, become an expat, go on sabbatical, run your first marathon, find your purpose, find yourself, start dating again after a long period of inaction)

(4) You want to FEEL more of a certain quality in your life (e.g. fun, pleasure, creativity, independence, equity, justice, gratitude, patience, authenticity, inspiration, love, exploration, joy, ease, freedom, magic, awe, wonder, etc.) and you want your hobbies, relationships, work, where you live, how you spend your leisure time, etc. to reflect those values.
