Introductory Life Coaching Session

Greetings. I used to schedule introductory sessions 3 times a week at Barnes and Noble on Niagara Falls Blvd. I usually didn't go unless someone rsvp'ed. The actual time and place is flexible. We also meet at other safe, convenient locations like Panera Bread, Spot Coffee, etc... and often at different times. A simple email or text and we can usually work out the specifics.

Lately, I've done more and more phone conferences....and that works, too. The point is I'm available and perhaps I can help you in some way...if you're stuck or searching or simply need someone to talk to. The sessions are usually individual, focused, and confidential.

Life Coaching is also a business for me...so after the first contact, I will ask you if you you'd like to meet again for one session or multiple sessions. The price per session changes with more sessions.

I especially welcome the new members and look forward to talking to you. Recently, I emailed the 80+ members and asked if there were any suggestions as to other things we might do. Unfortunately, there wasn't a great deal of feedback. I began to drop some members that I haven't heard from for over 10 months. I wasn't particularly comfortable doing that, but these members are always willing to rejoin.

Life Coaches are not immune to life changes and I know that life changes can sometimes be difficult. It has been my experience that finding someone besides friends and family, who is willing to share a time designated especially for you and really listen to what you're trying to say - this can be a very precious and insightful experience.
