About us

This group gives you dedicated time to work on your life, not just think about it.
It's for people who are doing fine, but feel like they are just moving through the weeks on autopilot. We all have things we'd like to change or improve, even when life is going well, but life usually fills the time first. This group is the time set aside to actually do it.

Each session we pick one specific area of life and work on it properly, through a mix of personal reflection, journaling, and group discussion. I guide the session so you're not left staring at a blank page. I provide the prompts and keep things moving, so you're not left staring at a blank page.

You leave each session with one thing you've thought through, and one small action you're willing to take.
Examples of what we might work on
What gives you energy, and what drains it
The gap between what you say matters and how you actually spend your days
What you've outgrown but haven't let go of
How you handle money, and what you'd change about it
What a good day looks like, and how often you actually have one
How sharing works
This is low pressure. You share what you want to share, and no one is put on the spot. If you'd rather come, sit quietly, and just use the prompts to journal on your own, that's completely fine.

About me
I'm a life coach, and I've journaled daily for thirteen years. Most of what we do here comes from what that practice taught me.

What to bring
A notebook and pen, or a tablet or laptop if you prefer to type.
