What gives you energy, and what drains it

We typically say 'I'm tired' and leave it there. But energy isn't just one thing. In our first session, we'll look at what actually gives us energy and what silently drains it across an ordinary week.
- Physical: sleep, food, movement.
- Mental: focus, attention, all the decisions.
- Emotional: the people and moods that lift you or flatten you.
- Purpose: whether the things you spend time on actually feel worth it.
How it runs:
- I introduce each kind of energy, one at a time.
- You journal on it on your own.
- Whoever wants to share can, then we look at it a bit closer.
- As we move through the four kinds of energy, the prompts will go a bit deeper.
There’s no pressure to talk. You are welcome to just sit and write. You leave with a small change to try.
Bring a pen and paper, or a laptop if you prefer to type. We will start at 10:30 am. Please arrive a few minutes early.
