You may choose to connect barefoot to the Earth or remain on a blanket, yoga mat, or chair while participating in the practice.

🌎 Heart-to-Earth Grounding Practice:
Together we will connect with the stabilizing energy of the Earth through guided grounding and energetic release. Participants will have the opportunity to lie on the Earth, placing the heart or crown toward the ground while consciously releasing stress, emotional heaviness, and energetic buildup beneath the Strawberry Full Moon.

A blanket and or yoga mat (if you are unable to be seated on the Earth, please bring a chair.)

Sketchbook (for those who prefer to draw)
Pen, Pencils, Crayons, Colored pencils
OPEN MIND,POSITIVE ATTITUDE & IMAGINATION
