Discover Soundboarding: A New Way to Be Heard
What if you could talk openly about what’s on your mind — without being judged, analysed, fixed or given unsolicited advice?

Join us for an introductory session where I’ll introduce you to Soundboarding — a simple, human approach to having the space to talk, think out loud and be genuinely heard.
Life can be noisy. We carry thoughts, decisions, frustrations, questions, ideas and emotions around in our heads, often without having a safe and neutral place to put them.
A Soundboarder provides that space.
Soundboarders are trained to be non-judgemental, non-biased listeners who give you their full attention while you talk about whatever is on your mind. You don't need to have a problem. You don't need to know exactly what you want to talk about. And you don't need to arrive with everything figured out.
You simply talk.
The Soundboarder listens, reflects back what they hear and helps you explore your own thoughts without imposing their opinions, telling you what you should do, or trying to solve you.
So, how is Soundboarding different?
Traditional therapy has an important place and can be essential for people dealing with mental-health conditions, trauma and other clinical concerns.

Soundboarding is different.
It is centred around the everyday need to talk, process and gain perspective — particularly when you simply need another human being to listen without judgement.
It can be useful when you're:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by thoughts or decisions
  • Going through a transition or period of change
  • Trying to make sense of something
  • Dealing with relationship, work or life challenges
  • Sitting with a decision and needing to talk it through
  • Feeling like you have a lot in your head
  • Looking for perspective without being told what to do
  • Simply wanting to talk to someone who will genuinely listen

There is no agenda to "fix" you.
There is no requirement to perform, explain or justify yourself.
You have the space to hear yourself think.
### What we'll explore during this session
During the session, I'll introduce you to:
• What Soundboarding is
The philosophy behind the approach and why having a neutral space to talk can be valuable.
• What a Soundboarder actually does
The role of listening, reflection and neutrality — and what a Soundboarder does not do.
• Soundboarding vs. traditional therapy
Understanding the differences between the two and where Soundboarding fits.
• What a Soundboarding session feels like
You'll get a sense of what it is like to have someone simply listen while you work through your thoughts.
• Who Soundboarding may be useful for
And when another form of professional support may be more appropriate.
• An opportunity to experience Soundboarding
There will be an opportunity to participate, ask questions and experience the approach for yourself.

Come curious. Leave with a different perspective.
You don't have to be in crisis to need someone to talk to.
Sometimes you just need a space where you can say the things you haven't been able to say anywhere else.
