This weekly Zoom-based Meetup is a practical, experiential series designed to help you gradually raise your emotional tone—not through lectures or therapy, but through simple awareness-based processes you can use on your own, anywhere, at any time.
Using material from Self Analysis, we’ll explore how small, consistent practices—applied for as little as 30 minutes a day—can create noticeable emotional and mental shifts in just a few weeks.

- Guided self-processing exercises (done silently or privately)
- A live demonstration of a simple process from the book
- A closing realization that helps anchor the gains

- Participate as much or as little as you like
