This weekly Zoom-based Meetup is a practical, experiential series designed to help you gradually raise your emotional tone—not through lectures or therapy, but through simple awareness-based processes you can use on your own, anywhere, at any time.
Using material from Self Analysis, we’ll explore how small, consistent practices—applied for as little as 30 minutes a day—can create noticeable emotional and mental shifts in just a few weeks.

Each session follows a calm, predictable structure so you can relax and get the most out of it:

  • Guided self-processing exercises (done silently or privately)
  • A live demonstration of a simple process from the book
  • A closing realization that helps anchor the gains

You’re always free to:

  • Participate as much or as little as you like
  • Keep your camera off
  • Simply listen and observe
