Free dance workshops and thai massage: discovery day

Curious about dance workshops, movement exploration, or Thai massage, but not quite ready to sign up for a full course or session with a mysterious stranger? Perfect. This day is made for you.

The idea is simple: come discover what we do in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Throughout the day, we’ll offer 3 different movement workshops of 45 minutes each. Each workshop will have its own flavour and focus and will give you a flavour of the atmosphere, approach, and experience of the work.

Programme:
3:50 – Doors open
14:00 – Floorwork for all: an organic approach
14:45 – Break
15:00 – Capoeira-inspired dance
15:45 – Break
16:00 – Built on trust: partnered communication in dance
16:45 – Break
17:00 – 19:00 – Short Thai massage sessions
