On Saturday, 25th October, the Abbey Mills Market (featuring several food stalls) will be taking over the cozy Abbey Merton Mills in Colliers Wood.

Abbey Merton Mills is a former textile factory located in the parish of Merton, London, near the historic site of the medieval Merton Priory. The area is home to a variety of independent shops, pubs, bars, and restaurants, as well as a charming watermill by the River Wandle.

THE PLAN:

1:00 PM: We'll meet at the market (exact location within the market will be shared 10 minutes before). Feel free to grab some food, drinks, and explore the market and nearby shops.

2:30/2:45 PM: We’ll take a walk along the River Wandle to reach Deen City Farm.

3:00 PM: Visit Deen City Farm, one of London’s oldest city farms, established in 1978. The farm is supported by Merton Council and operates as a registered charity, relying on donations. There is a £3.00 entry donation fee (card payments accepted).

4:30 PM: We’ll head back to Abbey Merton Mills and finish the day with drinks at the riverside pub, William Morris.
