Each time we pick a topic and frame the discussion around a few related questions.

FINDING OURSELVES 🌍
’You cannot love what you do not know’ Augustine of Hippo
1. What does it really mean to “find yourself” or which practices help to it? is it necessary in life? Have you found yourself?
2. To what extent do upbringing, belief systems, and social structures shape or block self-knowledge?
3. Are pleasure or suffering necessary for self-discovery?
4. Is identity discovered or created? Does social media bring us closer to finding ourselves, or further from it?
5. Does rent per capita or social class affect the way you can find yourself?
6. Does self discover happen in solitude, in relation to others, or looking within ourselves through therapy?
7. Are we responsible not only for becoming ourselves, but for helping others in their becoming and how?

17:00 - 17:10 - Welcome and introductory casual conversation
17:10 - 18:45 - Discussion guided by the event prompt questions
18:45 - 19:00 - We reassemble to sum up discussions and share thoughts or insights from the groups.
19:00 end of event (or let's stay and keep chatting!)
