What we’re about
Life Chapters Group
A free, four-week virtual group hosted by a graduate counseling student
Sundays: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.
from October 26 - November 16
The Life-chapters group is a space to reflect on and share your story. We will tell our life stories as if they are chapters in a book, seeking common themes within those chapters. We will also explore what we envision for the next chapter, and identify any patterns that may be worth changing.
What to expect?
A judgment-free space
An opportunity to identify patterns in your experiences
Tools for making meaning out of the past
A space to explore potential future chapters in your life
Support from the facilitator and fellow participants
Brief education on Adlerian concepts, such as life stories and early recollections.
