The Silent Struggle: Unmasking Men's Mental Health
Details
June is Men's Mental Health Month, and we want to take this time to honor every single man who faces the heavy, constant, daily silent struggle of holding it all together. On Thursday, June 18th, 2026, we are stripping away the expectations, the pressure, and the rigid societal armor that so many carry without a sound. Society constantly demands that men act strong, provide, and endure life’s hardest hits—leaving the deep pain of psychological, emotional, or physical struggles completely unvoiced. This session is dedicated to breaking that silence by looking at real, raw examples of "smiling depression," including the poignant story of Robin Williams, and unpacking the hidden battles men face but rarely talk about. This is not a lecture; it is a judgment-free, completely confidential container where your privacy is entirely protected. As always, full anonymity is assured—you can share as much or as little as you like, use a pseudonym, or simply listen. Come as you are, drop the weight of having to hold it all together, and join a community of men realizing they no longer have to walk through the dark alone.
