Hi, we’re Ron and Gee 👋. We recently moved from Austin, Texas . Back in Austin, we were deeply involved in personal growth and movement communities, and now we’d love to share some of those practices—and create new connections—here in Spain.
Our vision is simple: to explore mind–body practices together, build community, and make life feel a little lighter, clearer, and more joyful.
