Canvas and Conversations is that space.
A free mental wellness experience for young adults in their 20s and 30s, designed to help you slow down, open up, and connect with people who actually get it.
Come expecting adult coloring, guided journaling, breathwork, conversation circles, creative expression, an anonymous bowl, and a community of real people showing up honestly for each other. Refreshments will be provided.
No panels. No pressure. Just a guided, safe space to breathe, reflect, and grow.Admission is free, but registration is required.
