Life in the 727 🌴

Whether you're new to yoga or just want to work on your form~ this class is for you! A flow inspired class that breaks down the movements & gives you ample time to explore them in your body. No previous experience required! Together, we'll spend time warming up the body, connecting to our breath, and learning some foundational yoga poses.

Class begins promptly at 9:30 AM.

Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in.

Hi, I'm Drake! To me, yoga is so much about learning where to push and where to soften on the mat & in every day life. I'm a 200hr yoga teacher, who's inspired by functional movement and creative sequencing. I aim to bring a mic of energized & calm; while moving you through poses that will having you feeling good- physically & mentally!

This class is a beginner-friendly vinyasa flow followed by an extended sound bath, designed to help you unwind as the sun sets and the nervous system shifts into rest. We’ll begin with mindful movement to release tension and connect to breath, then transition into stillness as you’re guided through a sound journey by the rhythm of waves and healing tones. We’ll close the practice with a few quiet moments to simply be, allowing you time to enjoy the sunset and let the experience land.

No prior yoga or sound bath experience is needed. This class is open and accessible to first-timers and seasoned practitioners alike. Come as you are.

Our beloved Icebreaker Social is back, and this time, we’re gathering at the epic Foodie Labs in the St.Pete Warehouse Arts District!

Join us on Saturday March 7th @ 11am for an evening designed to spark new connections and welcome fresh faces into our amazing community.

To kick off the Icebreaker Social, please grab a name tag when you walk in and add 2 things: your first name and something you enjoy to do (a hobby, passion, sport, interest)

For example, I’m very into playing Chess, so I’m going to add that to my name tag. This gives us a fun way to break the ice and make new friends!

Also, although this Meet Up is free to attend, Foodie Lab requests that everyone purchases at least 1 item. That’s a fair request for using their venue, so please support them if you are attending 🙏🏼
