Grounded Yoga Flow with Carly and Mike

This class will be a grounded, breath-led flow that keeps you close to the mat while building steady strength and stability. You’ll move through intentional transitions and longer holds, giving yourself space to slow down and truly feel each posture. Expect to leave feeling rooted, clear, and deeply connected to your body and breath.just show up as you are.

Class begins promptly at 9:00 AM.
Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in.

A little bit about Carly:

I found Yoga when I needed it most, becoming a space for healing, grounding and connection. My intention is to offer that same experience to every person who steps onto the mat by creating a space where every BODY is welcome. A space that is free from pressure or comparison and rooted in presence. A way to come home to yourself, on and off the mat.

I teach strong, intentional yoga for people growing or rebuilding trust with their bodies and their lives. Whether you’re brand new or deep into your practice, I’m honored to guide your movement.

A little bit about Michael:

My yoga journey began when I was searching for something more than just a workout. I was seeking a practice that was intentional and goes beyond the physical benefits. When I started to incorporate mindfulness and breath work into my daily movement, I became more balanced physically, mentally, and spiritually on and off the mat. My passion for yoga has driven me to share this life changing practice. My hope is that others will experience the wholeness that yoga holds within its ancient tradition.
