This all levels vinyasa is designed to be beginner-friendly, we will focus on building strength and also our breathe and meditation. While this class is rooted in power, no prior yoga experience is needed. This class is open and accessible to first-timers and seasoned movers alike. No props required, just show up as you are.
Class begins promptly at 6:00 PM.
Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in.
