Let’s start the weekend by slowing down, turning off our screens, and reconnecting through reading, journaling, sketching, or any reflective/creative medium of your choice.

It’s not about productivity or performance - it’s about presence, calm, and connection.

Here’s the rhythm:

  • 🧘🏽 Grounding meditation - to arrive slowly (and to avoid devouring the cakes too quickly).
  • 🎨 Silent hour (phone/computer - free) - choose your medium: bring a book to read, a journal for writing, a sketchbook to draw, yarn to knit or anything reflective/creative.
  • 💬 Sharing & connecting - afterward, we’ll open space to share stories, reflections, our reads or creations, and just soak in the cosy company.

  • Stay present - phones away, attention in the room with physical people.
