Lifeshiift is an online community of mature women who are navigating transitions in their lives. The goal of the Lifeshiift community is to support each other to find purpose and adventure in our lives. Our events provide safe spaces for our members to meet in person to share successes and challenges as well as to learn from each other.

### About Leigh Graham
Leigh Graham has enjoyed a two-decade career in older adult fitness, teaching both 1:1 and group sessions. She is versed in the wide spectrum of care that each client needs—from those starting anew after a major setback to active individuals who want to keep gaining strength and mobility for life.
Some of her credentials include:
- Honours BA Kinesiology
- Seniors’ Fitness Instructor Certified (CCAA)
- Train the Trainer SFIC (CCAA)
- Fitness for Mental Health Specialist
- NLP Practitioner
- 20 years of full-time experience training adults over 50
Leigh is the owner and CEO of Vintage Fitness, energizing the lives of those over 50 through in-home, online, and community fitness training with her team of 26 older adult fitness specialists.
