### About Leigh Graham

Leigh Graham has enjoyed a two-decade career in older adult fitness, teaching both 1:1 and group sessions. She is versed in the wide spectrum of care that each client needs—from those starting anew after a major setback to active individuals who want to keep gaining strength and mobility for life.

Some of her credentials include:

  • Honours BA Kinesiology
  • Seniors’ Fitness Instructor Certified (CCAA)
  • Train the Trainer SFIC (CCAA)
  • Fitness for Mental Health Specialist
  • NLP Practitioner
  • 20 years of full-time experience training adults over 50

Leigh is the owner and CEO of Vintage Fitness, energizing the lives of those over 50 through in-home, online, and community fitness training with her team of 26 older adult fitness specialists.
