With regular practice, gratitude becomes more than a moment—it brings joy and resilience into your life. You don’t need anything special to start—just a willingness to show up and notice.

Each week, we’ll read a chapter in the book - The Magic by Rhonda Byrne during the meetup time. Chapters are very short. And then we will have a sharing circle.
Through this practice, we’ll begin to shift our perspective, reconnect with what’s good in our lives, and build a habit of gratitude that extends beyond the circle.
