Borrego Springs PICNIC Ride
Details
Travel to Borrego Springs and to Christmas Circle for a picnic lunch. Please remember to bring a picnic lunch and drinks with you to eat.
If you have never been, the area has over 130 sculptures throughout the desert, created by sculptor Ricardo Breceda. We will visit a sculpture for some photos.
Skill Level: experienced beginner to Intermediate, due to some twisty roads. This ride follows posted traffic speeds and typically cruises at or around 10 mph over. Twisties are taken at the posted speed or slightly slower depending on difficulty. Overall, it's a relaxed, laid-back ride.
For your safety and that of the group, we require that you show up with a DOT-approved helmet, full tank of gas, and tires in good condition. It is imperative that you show up at Lifestyle Cycles in Anaheim for the pre-ride safety meeting to ride with the group.
