Let’s get some breakfast at the world-famous Halfway House Café in Santa Clarita. The Halfway House Café was established in 1906 as a trading post “Halfway” between Antelope Valley and Los Angeles. In 1931 it became a restaurant and has been used in many movies and TV shows including Top Gun Maverick, The A-Team, Knight Rider, Gilmore Girls, Sons of Anarchy, Heartbreak Ridge, Space Cowboys, and many others.
This ride will take us on freeways and twisty mountain roads. After we eat at the Café, we will make our way to a gas station to fill up. We will call the ride at the gas station but you are more than welcome to follow me back to Lifestyle Cycles or split off on the way back.
Skill Level: Intermediate, due to twisty roads.
For your safety and that of the group, we require that you show up with a DOT-approved helmet, full tank of gas, and tires in good condition. It is imperative that you show up at Lifestyle Cycles in Anaheim for the pre-ride safety meeting to ride with the group.
