Fashion from the 3D Printer

After our first MeetUp and a brainstorm I thought it would be interesting to start of with the first topic - 3D printing. And to stick to the purpose of the group I'd like to link it to fashion.

Dutch designer Iris Van Herpen in collaboration with Austrian architect Julia Koerner showed their 3D printed fashion designs at the Paris Haut Couture Show Voltage in 2015 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNpbLRrdJxQ ). How will 3D printed cloths revolutionize the fashion industry? What is already possible today and what can be possible in the future? Will we order cloths and designs online and then print them at home? What are your ideas and crazy thoughts when it comes to all the possibilities that can lie ahead?
